Common Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) is a diverse genus of flowering trees and shrubsest in the myrtle family, Myrtaceae originating from Australia. This species has been planted all over the world for the production of paper paste and has become invasive in some of these countries. It is also known for it's medicinal properties in the form of essential oils!
